New Products

Battery advancement recognizes that not all your problems can be solved with off the shelf products.  We are a creative and imaginative team capable of problem solving and building new products to satisfy customer needs.  If you have an idea or applications that we can help with, please give us a shout and we’ll start the discussion.

BA LAB Solutions

With the help of some very smart and hard-working people, we have re-invested our profits into building components for our BA Battery Lab, with spin-offs along the way (see below).  Our Lab will be capable of testing efficiency and battery longevity (cycle-life) at all temperatures and loads.  Importantly, we are custom-building a Cold-Cranking Amp test bench capable of validating both Bipolar and Lithium Titanate batteries (below), so you can rest-assured you are spending your money on these game-changing products wisely.

The Driver Alert Tilt-Alarm

Tilt-Alarm:  A safety device designed to alert the Driver if they are in danger of tipping.  Configurable to shut off the cart if driven in an unsafe manner (Golf Courses and rentals).

Battery Wizard

A wireless device which allows all manner of battery monitoring, state of health (SOH) and performance-analysis. Configurable to estimate range, it will safely disconnect your batteries in the event of a crash, vehicle or battery malfunction.

Lithium Titanate

(LTO) Batteries: Although currently only available for exotic and military applications, LTO is the crème-de-crème of Lithium chemistries. BA has built our first prototype LTO 12V battery, and so-far it is performing as-expected: awesome power-delivery, charging speed (even at -40C) and extremely long life. Unlike all other Lithium chemistries, LTO does not sustain damage when left fully-discharged, and works at the lowest temperatures, exceeding Lead-Acid in the all-important CCA (while much, much lighter) as well. This spells the end of Lead-Acid for most applications, and we are looking for Partners to develop products for volume-sales in the coming years.
